I have a vision for each of our clients: to help them achieve the professional and personal success they deserve. Sometimes I actually have to play the "bad guy," as I try to bring solid business standards to each client and apply business acumen to their practice development goals. Success frequently requires us to look honestly in a mirror, and accept that we may not like everything we see. Change can be a difficult process for some. But strategy and hard work does pay off and the victory of success is oh-so-sweet! In my experience though, it is most often achieved by those who are willing to work hard and invest in the future.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing. She earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a focus on newspaper publishing. She worked for nearly a decade as a newspaper reporter, editor and managing editor for a syndicate of newspapers in central Missouri. She has earned several Missouri Press Association awards for her writing and reporting, and was recognized for Excellence in Journalism by the University of Missouri. She joined the marketing industry in 1988 as a marketing director for the midwest's largest health care delivery system, then known as Health Midwest. She later worked as a trust marketing officer for a bank holding company, and then as practice manager for Kyle Krull's law office. She has been at the helm of Integrity Marketing since 1995, building one of the nation's premiere legal marketing firms. Jennifer has a passion for horses and is transitioning her riding skills from hunter/jumper to dressage, working with her Third Level schoolmaster, and bringing along a younger, off-the-track Thoroughbred.

James Campbell, VP of Practice Development

James has nearly 15 years of experience with Integrity Marketing Solution. He started when he was 16, working in our office part-time after school and full-time each summer through high school and college. He went on to major in Marketing and Advertising at Northwest Missouri State University. Before returning to the family business, he worked in both retail and wholesale sales management. James earned a multitude sales awards and was several times honored as his company's top national salesman. We finally were able to lure him back to IMS, where he currently is in charge of Practice Development for our clients. James also writes the popular Practice Fitness blog.

Roslyn Bash Drotar, Director of Client Relations and Strategic Planning

I enjoy working with estate planning attorneys and elder law attorneys and keeping focus on their marketing and practice management needs, and maintaining a path to success. Developing relationships is crucial for the growth of your firm and I will do what it takes to keep those relationships healthy and thriving.

Roslyn joined our staff August 1, 2011. She brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and practice development for estate planning and elder law attorneys. Roslyn holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and has worked directly in the legal field since 1987. She has worked with attorneys through the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and received specialized training to assist attorney clients as a member of Lifetime Growth (a Strategic Coach program), John Preston's Attract, Present, Convert, Your Corporte Counsel Advantage, and Double YourRevenue. Roslyn's primary focus is to coach Essentials clients to build revenue and profitability. She has specific success in implementing client maintenance programs, marketing to business owners, and building profitable referral relationships. Roslyn also excels at building the entrrepreneurial support team, a topic she presented as a guest speaker for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.

Michael Campbell, Personal Account Manager / Director of Video Services

Michael is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, majoring in mass communications. He has more than ten years of experience with Integrity Marketing Solutions and a keen understanding of the practice development challenges facing estate and elder law attorneys.

April has been with Integrity Marketing since 1999 and has worked almost every job in the company from administrative assistant to customer service to website designer! She recently was promoted to Production Manager. Her primary job is to make sure we deliver on your marketing needs in an accurate and timely fashion. April has an A.A.S. in computer information systems and accounting from State Fair Community College. She enjoys making and sharing Christmas candy and cookies, canning and playing Monster Frisbee with her husband Chris and two children, Cash and Avi. Josh has more then ten years of experience in website design and information technology support. He is an internet artist! Josh is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, W3C standards, cross-browser compatibility and embedding video for websites. Josh is also a musician and has had some of his music placed in film, video games, and the hit television series Burn Notice. Dana Alley, Search Engine Optimization

Dana joined our staff in August 2011. She works with client websites to implement a strategic search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. She also monitors marketing performance statistics, including search engine rank and works to tweak and update optimization to achieve and maintain top rankings for relevant searches. Dana has a passion for horses is a talented rideer, instructor and trainer.

Sarah Foltz, Graphic Design / Web Design

Sarah has more than five years of experience in website and graphic design. She graduated in 2005 from Briar Cliff University with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, minoring in new media and art. Sarah is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign & Flash. She also is skilled in HTML / CSS and is a talented photographer.
